My DNN solution only builds the BuildSupport project and my own module projects. Still, every now and then when I've edited quite a few files VS will tell me there there were errors but refuse to show any to me in the filtered output. None are shown in the full output either. Solution? Switch to release mode, switch back to debug, build. Voila!
